Stat. tit. 52, § 52-115","heading":"Conspiracy to violate act - Punishment","body":"If two or more persons conspire to violate any provision of this\n\nact, or any lawful order, rule, or regulation of the Commission\n\nfixing the method, manner, amount and rate of production of oil or\n\ngas from any common source of supply in the State of Oklahoma or\n\nconspire to produce oil or gas from any well or wells in any common\n\nsource of supply in the State of Oklahoma in excess of the allowable\n\nproduction permitted from such well or wells as fixed and determined\n\nby any lawful order, rule, or regulation of the Commission or\n\nconspire to avoid making or filing any report, map or drawing, or to\n\nfile any false report, map or drawing with respect to the method,\n\nmanner, time, place, amount, or rate of production of oil or gas\n\nfrom any well or wells in any common source of supply in the State\n\nof Oklahoma, or conspire to avoid the making or filing of any\n\nreport, map or drawing, or to file any false report, map or drawing,\n\nwith respect to the removal or transportation of oil or gas by any\n\nmeans whatsoever, from any common source of supply, as may be\n\nprescribed or required by this act or by any lawful order, rule, or\n\nregulation of the Commission; or conspire to make any false\n\nstatement therein with respect to any material matter contained\n\ntherein, and one or more such parties shall do any act to effect the\n\nobject of any such conspiracy, then each of the parties to any such\n\nconspiracy shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class D1 felony\n\noffense in any court having jurisdiction of the offense, be fined\n\nnot more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), or imprisoned as\n\nprovided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes, or both.","path":["OK Code","Title 52"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os52.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"b17ec2ddffef007a88255c2a48b56a6cf0a9a17a41399d12c1cf35ebd1149998","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-114","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-116"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
