Stat. tit. 52, § 52-117","heading":"Bribery - Punishment","body":"Whoever corruptly gives, offers or promises to give to any\n\nmember of the Commission, Proration Umpire, assistant or deputy of a\n\nProration Umpire, Proration Attorney, or agent or employee of the\n\nCommission, any gift or gratuity whatsoever with an intent to\n\ninfluence any such officer or person in his acts or conduct with\n\nrespect to (a) enforcing any order, rule or regulation of the\n\nCommission made under this act, or (b) the discharge of any duty by\n\nany such officer or person imposed upon him by the provisions of\n\nthis act, or by any order, rule, or regulation of the Commission\n\nissued and promulgated under the provisions of this act, shall be\n\nguilty of a Class D1 felony offense and shall be punished by\n\nimprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section\n\n20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, and by a fine not\n\nexceeding Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).","path":["OK Code","Title 52"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os52.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"9b91ee9e629b6a2226902206d91fb630dfd8875c78e9887a0d2cc1e6503fdd9b","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-116","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-118"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
