Stat. tit. 52, § 52-135","heading":"Pending actions not terminated","body":"The enactment of this act shall not terminate any proceeding or\n\nproceedings now pending before the Commission, including those\n\nwherein is sought the issuance and promulgation of orders, rules or\n\nregulations by the Commission under the provisions of an act of the\n\nLegislature approved February 11, 1915, entitled \"An Act defining\n\nand prohibiting the waste of crude oil or petroleum, providing for\n\nthe equitable taking of the same from the ground and conferring\n\nauthority on the Corporation Commission, prescribing the penalty for\n\nthe violation of this Act and declaring an emergency,\" and of any\n\namendments thereto, but any and all such proceedings shall continue\n\nto final decision or action therein by the Commission, and all\n\nfurther proceedings, hearings and all orders, rules and regulations\n\nhad or made therein by the Commission, and all enforcement thereof\n\nshall be under and subject to the terms and provisions of this act.\n\nAll existing orders, rules and regulations of the Commission\n\nheretofore made and issued under the provisions of aforesaid act of\n\nthe Legislature, approved February 11, 1915, and of any amendments\n\nthereto, until repealed, vacated or modified by order of the\n\nCommission, or of the Supreme Court on appeal therefrom, shall\n\ncontinue and remain in full force and effect and shall be enforced\n\nin the same manner and to like extent as if this act had not been\n\nenacted, but all further proceedings and hearings in any proceedings\n\nheretofore brought and now pending before the Commission, and the\n\ninstitution, prosecution and hearing of any proceedings hereafter\n\nbrought before the Commission in connection with any such existing\n\norders, rules or regulations of the Commission shall be governed by\n\nthe rules of procedure in this act provided and/or that shall be\n\nissued by the Commission in pursuance of the provisions of this act.","path":["OK Code","Title 52"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os52.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"f5680a002c018149577313b7e2772e5b2feff06ff799d1e5aebc5d9cb41f3746","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-134","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-136"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
