Stat. tit. 52, § 52-141","heading":"Rules and orders - Powers of Commission - Power to file","body":"applications with Commission or appear before Commission - Appeals.\n\nA. In all matters pertaining to the making, issuing and\n\nenforcement of its rules or orders made pursuant to the provisions\n\nof this act the Corporation Commission shall have and exercise all\n\nthe powers and authority granted to it under, and to the extent the\n\nsame are reasonably applicable and except as herein specifically\n\nprovided shall comply with the procedural requirements of Section 81\n\net seq. of Title 52 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or any amendment\n\nthereof, all to the same extent as if the powers and duties\n\nprescribed by this act had been included as a part of the powers and\n\nduties of the Commission under said Section 81 et seq. of Title 52\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes. Any employee of the Commission employed\n\npursuant to the provisions of Section 81 et seq. of Title 52 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes shall perform such duties incident to the\n\nadministration and enforcement of this act and the rules, and orders\n\nissued pursuant thereto as the Commission may direct.\n\nB. The Attorney General on behalf of the State of Oklahoma, any\n\nstate environmental agency, as such term is defined in the Oklahoma\n\nEnvironmental Quality Act, and any municipality or other\n\ngovernmental officer, agency, person, firm or corporation are\n\nexpressly authorized to file applications with the Commission for\n\nrules or orders authorized by this act or for the amendment or\n\nmodification of any such rule or order, or to otherwise appear in\n\nany proceeding pending before the Commission in respect thereto.\n\nC. Any person, firm or corporation aggrieved by any rule or\n\norder of the Commission made pursuant to this act may appeal\n\ntherefrom to the Supreme Court of the State of Oklahoma within the\n\nsame time and in the same manner as is provided in said Section 81\n\net seq. of Title 52 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or any amendment\n\nthereof, for the taking of appeals from orders of the Commission\n\nmade thereunder.","path":["OK Code","Title 52"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os52.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"a7092c690bafdf4d6835f7adbf6b8f8c851ecde655b9fff71e55446452a9acf5","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-140","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-142"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
