Stat. tit. 52, § 52-149.2","heading":"Oil and Gas Appellate Referees","body":"The Corporation Commission is authorized to employ Oil and Gas\n\nAppellate Referees. Any person filling the position of Oil and Gas\n\nAppellate Referee shall be a duly licensed attorney in the State of\n\nOklahoma and shall be familiar with the statutes and rules governing\n\noil and gas operations in Oklahoma. The Oil and Gas Appellate\n\nReferees shall hear all exceptions and appeals from recommendations\n\nof an Administrative Law Judge for cases on the conservation docket,\n\nexcept for exceptions and appeals from Administrative Law Judge\n\nrecommendations of conservation docket cases which the Commission\n\ndetermines it will hear en banc without intermediate review. The\n\nOil and Gas Appellate Referees shall file a report and make\n\nrecommendations to the Commission for the disposition of such\n\nexceptions and appeals.
