Stat. tit. 52, § 52-149.3","heading":"Teleconference hearings","body":"The Corporation Commission shall establish and maintain a system\n\nproviding telephonic capability for hearing of matters assigned to\n\nthe conservation docket so that testimony at unprotested hearings\n\nmay be offered by telephone and parties and witnesses need not be\n\npresent in the courtroom. Where hearings are protested, testimony\n\nmay also be offered by telephone with the consent of all parties and\n\nthe administrative law judge assigned to hear the case. The cost of\n\ntelephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons\n\nrequesting its use.
