Stat. tit. 52, § 52-152","heading":"Salaries, costs and expenses - Payment","body":"Subject to the traveling and subsistence limitations applicable\n\nto state employees generally, and to the extent approved by the\n\nCorporation Commission, employees of the Oil and Gas Conservation\n\nDivision shall be paid all necessary traveling and subsistence\n\nexpenses incurred in the performance of their duties and functions.\n\nThe Commission is further authorized to incur such other costs and\n\nexpenses for equipment, facilities, supplies, services and other\n\noperating costs as determined by the Commission to be reasonably\n\nnecessary and proper for the functioning of the Oil and Gas\n\nConservation Division and the administration and enforcement by the\n\nCommission of its powers, duties and functions with respect to oil\n\nand gas conservation and the prevention of pollution.
