Stat. tit. 52, § 52-202","heading":"Interstate compacts - When binding","body":"\n\nNo compact made under the authority of this act shall bind this\n\nstate unless and until:\n\n(a). Said compact shall be ratified by the Legislatures of two\n\nof the States of Texas, California, Kansas and New Mexico, and the\n\nLegislature of this state, and Congress shall consent thereto.\n\n(b). Congress shall make provision for the control and\n\nlimitation of importations in accordance with the findings referred\n\nto in Section 1.\n\n(c). Congress shall provide for the control of interstate\n\nmovements of petroleum produced or withdrawn from storage in\n\nviolation of the laws and valid regulations of the several states,\n\nand products of such petroleum.\n\n(d).
