Stat. tit. 52, § 52-205","heading":"Governor as official representative of state - Powers and","body":"duties - Assistant representatives.\n\nThe Governor is hereby designated as the official representative\n\nof the State of Oklahoma on \"The Interstate Oil Compact Commission\"\n\nprovided for in the Compact herein authorized to be extended. The\n\nGovernor shall exercise and perform for the State of Oklahoma all\n\nthe powers and duties imposed by the aforesaid Compact upon a\n\nrepresentative to \"The Interstate Oil Compact Commission\"; provided,\n\nthat he shall have the authority to appoint an assistant\n\nrepresentative who shall act as the official representative of the\n\nState of Oklahoma on \"The Interstate Oil Compact Commission\" when\n\nthe authority to so act is delegated to him by the Governor. In\n\naddition said assistant representative shall perform such other\n\nduties as the Governor may designate which are necessary to enable\n\nthe State of Oklahoma to fully cooperate in accomplishing the\n\nobjects of said Compact.
