Stat. tit. 52, § 52-206","heading":"Clerical, technical and legal assistants - Expenses -","body":"Office.\n\nThe assistant representative referred to in Section 205 of this\n\ntitle is hereby authorized with the consent of the Governor to\n\nemploy such clerical, technical and legal assistants as may be\n\nnecessary for him to properly perform the duties assigned him, and\n\nto incur such other expenses as may be necessary to enable the State\n\nof Oklahoma to fully cooperate in accomplishing the objects of \"The\n\nInterstate Compact to Conserve Oil and Gas.\" Said assistant\n\nrepresentative and his assistants, and the Governor when acting in\n\nhis capacity as official representative of the State of Oklahoma on\n\n\"The Interstate Oil Compact Commission,\" shall receive their actual\n\nand necessary traveling expenses when away from the State Capitol in\n\nthe performance of their duties, which shall be paid from the\n\nspecial fund hereinafter created. The Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services shall provide and furnish an office in the State\n\nCapitol for said assistant representative.\n\nAdded by 1935, p. 241, § 2, emerg. eff.
