There is hereby created in the Office of the State Treasurer\n\na special fund to be known as \"The Interstate Oil Compact Fund of\n\nOklahoma\". All monies accruing to the fund are hereby appropriated\n\nfor the purpose of paying the compensation of the assistant\n\nrepresentative referred to in Section 205 of this title, the\n\ncompensation of such clerical, technical, and legal assistants as he\n\nor she, with the consent of the Governor, may employ, the actual and\n\nnecessary traveling expenses of the assistant representative and his\n\nor her employees and of the Governor when traveling in his or her\n\ncapacity as official representative of this state on \"The Interstate\n\nOil Compact Commission\", all items of office expense including the\n\ncost of office supplies and equipment, such contributions as the\n\nGovernor shall deem proper to pay to The Interstate Oil Compact\n\nCommission to defray its expenses, such other necessary expenses as\n\nmay be incurred in enabling this state to fully cooperate in\n\naccomplishing the objects of \"The Interstate Compact to Conserve Oil\n\nand Gas\".\n\nB. The maintenance of the Oklahoma Energy Initiative as created\n\nin the Oklahoma Energy Initiative Act is hereby declared to be a\n\npart of the accomplishment of the objects of The Interstate Compact\n\nto Conserve Oil and Gas and the Governor is hereby authorized to\n\ncontract with appropriate entities for such purposes and to pay the\n\nobligations thereof from the fund created by this section.\n\nC. The fund shall be disbursed upon warrants issued by the\n\nState Treasurer upon sworn itemized claims approved by the assistant\n\nrepresentative and the Governor.
