Stat. tit. 52, § 52-251","heading":"Prices, terms and conditions - Determination","body":"The prices, terms and conditions upon which natural gas shall be\n\nmade available under this act shall be determined by negotiation\n\nbetween the parties. In the event of their inability to agree as to\n\nany or all of such prices, terms and conditions, either party to the\n\nnegotiation may apply to the Corporation Commission to fix the same.\n\nIn reaching its determination, the Corporation Commission shall\n\nconsider the necessity of the applicant for the gas for the purposes\n\nspecified herein, the value of such gas and its components, the\n\nefficient operation of the wells of the producer of the gas, the\n\nobligations assumed by such producer in the sale or other\n\ndisposition of such gas, and all other factors relevant to the\n\neffectuation of the policy and purposes of this act with justice to\n\nall concerned.","path":["OK Code","Title 52"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os52.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"8ce873182b0f472ecf236680a273f71ebe2ec0ca8a5da4f51abb84f0d8c667b1","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-250","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-252"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
