Stat. tit. 52, § 52-26","heading":"Prerequisite to carrying gas - Filing acceptance and plats","body":"- Records for Corporation Commission.\n\nBefore any corporation, joint stock company, limited\n\ncopartnership, partnership or other persons shall have, possess,\n\nenjoy or exercise the right of eminent domain, right-of-way, right\n\nto locate, maintain or operate pipelines, fixtures or equipment\n\nthereunto belonging, or used in connection therewith, as authorized\n\nby the provisions of this act, or shall have, possess, enjoy or\n\nexercise any right (the word \"right\" in this connection being used\n\nin its most comprehensive legal sense) conferred by this act, every\n\nsuch corporation, joint stock company, limited copartnership,\n\npartnership or other person, shall file in the office of said\n\nCorporation Commission proper and explicit authorized acceptance of\n\nthe provisions of this act and the Constitution of this state, in\n\ncases of pipelines a plat showing in detail the points within this\n\nstate between which, and the route along which the trunk lines are\n\nproposed to be constructed, the intended size and capacity thereof,\n\nand the location and capacity of all pumping stations, gate valves,\n\ncheck valves and connections and appliances of all kinds used, or to\n\nbe used, on said trunk or lines; and upon demand of the Corporation\n\nCommission the proper party or parties, as required by said\n\ncommission, shall properly file a plat showing in detail all the\n\nlines owned and operated by them respectively, with full and\n\nexplicit information as to their capacity, size and location, and\n\nthe capacity of their pumping stations, gate valves, check valves\n\nand connections of all kinds, respectively, required or used in the\n\noperation thereof.","path":["OK Code","Title 52"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os52.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"7f95c785c8bf75cfd1c5386c47f1cfe5e0f588863e78b6a759ab878b8fe31fb9","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-257","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-27"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
