Stat. tit. 52, § 52-276","heading":"Enforcement of act - Hearings before Corporation","body":"Commission.\n\nAny person, firm, or corporation, or the Attorney General on\n\nbehalf of the state, may institute proceedings before the\n\nCorporation Commission, or apply for a hearing before said\n\nCommission, upon any question relating to the enforcement of this\n\nact, and jurisdiction is hereby conferred upon said Commission to\n\nhear and determine the same. Said Commission shall set a time and\n\nplace, when and where such hearing shall be had and give reasonable\n\nnotice thereof to all persons or classes interested therein, by\n\npublication in some newspaper or newspapers, having general\n\ncirculation in the state, and in addition thereto, shall cause\n\nreasonable notice in writing to be served personally on any person,\n\nfirm or corporation complained against.
