Stat. tit. 52, § 52-287.6","heading":"Procedure - Notice - Appeals","body":"Except as otherwise herein expressly provided, all proceedings\n\nhad under this act including the filing of petitions, the giving of\n\nnotices, the conduct of hearings and other action taken by the\n\nCommission shall be in the form and manner and in accordance with\n\nthe procedure and procedural requirements provided in Sections 84 to\n\n135, inclusive, Title 52, Oklahoma Statutes, 1941, or any amendment\n\nthereof with reference to proceedings thereunder. Such additional\n\nnotice shall be given as may be required by the Commission. The\n\nConservation Officer, his assistant and deputies and the\n\nConservation Attorney shall act without additional compensation as\n\ntechnical advisors to the Commission to the extent that the\n\nCommission may require. Any person aggrieved by any order of the\n\nCommission made pursuant to this act may appeal therefrom to the\n\nSupreme Court of the State of Oklahoma upon the same conditions,\n\nwithin the same time and in the same manner as is provided in said\n\nSections 84 to 135, inclusive, Title 52, Oklahoma Statutes, 1941, or\n\nany amendments thereof, for the taking of appeals from the orders of\n\nthe Commission made thereunder.","path":["OK Code","Title 52"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os52.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"6ba786795f870919d967acd5592c2ff8f07e8a905a7f0930a6dc210262f2a45f","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-287.5","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-287.7"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
