Stat. tit. 52, § 52-288.12","heading":"Act not to preempt or supersede other state or national","body":"programs - Application to rules and amendment of rules - Support of\n\nnational program.\n\nNothing in this act may be construed to preempt or supersede any\n\nother program relating to oil or natural gas promotion or marketing\n\norganized and operated under the laws of the State of Oklahoma or\n\nthe United States. The provisions of this act applicable to the\n\nrules shall be applicable to amendments to the rules. In the event\n\nof the establishment of a national program for an assessment on oil\n\nor natural gas production, the Board, by majority vote, may elect to\n\ndesignate up to a maximum of fifty percent (50%) of the funds\n\ncollected under this act to such a national program in lieu of an\n\nadditional assessment as may be required by such national program.","path":["OK Code","Title 52"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os52.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"a2e056f557def529dd8643da01a9e6aefeddc539e3b6c4d30815dae38c63922e","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-288.11","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-288.2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
