Stat. tit. 52, § 52-288.5B","heading":"Sustaining Oklahoma's Energy Resources Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Committee for Sustaining Oklahoma's Energy Resources to be\n\ndesignated the \"Sustaining Oklahoma's Energy Resources Revolving\n\nFund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall consist of all monies transferred to the\n\nCommittee for Sustaining Oklahoma's Energy Resources to further the\n\npurposes of this act from any public appropriations and donations,\n\ngrants, contributions or gifts from any public or private source.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Committee for\n\nSustaining Oklahoma's Energy Resources for the purpose of\n\nencouraging and funding research and development of new technologies\n\nin the oil and natural gas industry and funding activities to\n\nsupport marginally producing oil and gas wells.
