Effective July 1, 2013, all duties, assets and obligations\n\nof the Commission on Marginally Producing Oil and Gas Wells created\n\npursuant to Section 700 of Title 52 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall\n\nbe transferred to the authority of the Committee for Sustaining\n\nOklahoma's Energy Resources created pursuant to Section 288.5A of\n\nTitle 52 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB. Effective July 1, 2013, the terms of the members of the\n\nCommission on Marginally Producing Oil and Gas Wells appointed\n\npursuant to the provisions of Section 700 of Title 52 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes shall be terminated.\n\nC. Effective July 1, 2013, all unclassified full-time-\n\nequivalent, part-time, and temporary employees of the Commission on\n\nMarginally Producing Oil and Gas Wells shall be terminated.\n\nEmployees shall be paid for any accrued annual leave and may be\n\neligible for other benefits as provided by law.\n\nD. Activities and functions previously performed by the\n\nCommission on Marginally Producing Oil and Gas Wells shall be under\n\nthe responsibility of the Committee for Sustaining Oklahoma's Energy\n\nResources or a successor committee as provided by law. The\n\nCommittee may organize itself, create subcommittees or adopt\n\nprocedures as deemed necessary and appropriate and consistent with\n\nthe provisions of this act to implement the provisions of this act\n\nand carry out the functions and duties of the Commission on\n\nMarginally Producing Oil and Gas Wells with the exception of making\n\nannual reports as required by paragraph 7 of subsection A of Section\n\n701 of Title 52 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nE. Monies remaining in the Commission on Marginally Producing\n\nOil and Gas Wells Revolving Fund created in Section 705 of Title 52\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes shall be transferred to the credit of the\n\nSustaining Oklahoma's Energy Resources Revolving Fund created in\n\nSection 288.5B of Title 52 of the Oklahoma Statutes for use as\n\nprovided in this act.\n\nF. The Committee for Sustaining Oklahoma's Energy Resources\n\nwith the advice and consent of the Oklahoma Energy Resources Board\n\nis authorized to promulgate any rules necessary to implement the\n\nprovisions of this act.
