There shall be an annual meeting of the Board at which the\n\nannual report and proposed budget will be presented. The Board\n\nshall, at the call of the chairperson, hold at least three other\n\nregular meetings each year. The chairperson shall establish the\n\ntime, a manner and place of all meetings and shall provide notice of\n\nsuch meetings. A majority of the members of the Board shall\n\nconstitute a quorum for the transaction of any business. In\n\naddition, the Board shall determine the circumstances under which\n\nadditional meetings of the Board may be held.\n\nB. The Board may appoint a Director who shall carry out the\n\nprovisions of the Oklahoma Energy Education and Marketing Act.
