Stat. tit. 52, § 52-30","heading":"Meters - Reports","body":"No corporation, joint stock company, limited copartnership,\n\npartnership or person doing business under the provisions of this\n\nact shall purchase, collect, transport, convey or sell any gas from\n\nany wells in this state except such gas as is run through properly\n\nconstructed meters, the daily readings of which shall be carefully\n\nand accurately taken every twenty-four (24) hours, and of which a\n\ntrue and correct report under oath shall be made every month and\n\nwhich report of all such business transacted during the next\n\npreceding month shall be filed not later than the fifteenth day of\n\neach and every month with the Corporation Commission and which\n\nreport shall at all times be open to the inspection of the public.\n\nSuch report shall be based upon such daily meter readings; shall\n\nshow the amount of gas run or purchased from each tract of lands;\n\nlease or leasehold estate, the names of the seller or sellers of\n\nsuch gas and of the purchaser or purchasers thereof; and any person\n\nor persons making or directing, counseling, advising, aiding or\n\nabetting in the making or filing of any false report in the premises\n\nshall be deemed guilty of perjury, and on conviction thereof be\n\npunished as provided by law; and to the end that such meters shall\n\nbe properly constructed, maintained, repaired and operated, their\n\ninstallation, use and operation shall at all times be subject to\n\nsuch rules and regulations as the Corporation Commission may\n\nprescribe.","path":["OK Code","Title 52"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os52.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"426e2fcef1784c3190eef6899699473f89d2fc95784712522d65455ee37d1217","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-3","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-30.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
