Stat. tit. 52, § 52-303","heading":"Penalty for violations","body":"Any person, co-partnership or corporation violating any of the\n\nprovisions of this article, shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined\n\nin any sum not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00), nor more than\n\nFive Hundred Dollars ($500.00), in any court having competent\n\njurisdiction in the county in which the act shall have been\n\ncommitted or omitted, or by being imprisoned for not less than\n\nthirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days, or by both such\n\nfine and imprisonment.
