Stat. tit. 52, § 52-307","heading":"Drilling of wells through workable seams - Regulations","body":"Any well drilled for oil, gas, salt water disposal or any other\n\npurpose in connection with the production of oil and gas, through a\n\nworkable vein or seam of coal shall be drilled in such manner as\n\nwill, if practicable, exclude all oil, gas or gas pressure from the\n\ncoal seam, except such as is found in the coal seam itself.
