Stat. tit. 52, § 52-308","heading":"Plugging","body":"The owner or manager shall not permit any well drilled for oil,\n\ngas, salt water disposal or any other purpose in connection with the\n\nproduction of oil and gas, through a workable coal seam to remain\n\nunplugged after such well is no longer used for the purpose for\n\nwhich it was drilled or converted.
