Stat. tit. 52, § 52-318.6","heading":"Appeal of decision on exceptions to report of appraiser","body":"or verdict upon jury trial - Execution of instruments of conveyance.\n\nAny aggrieved party may appeal from the decision of the court on\n\nexceptions to the report of the appraisers or the verdict rendered\n\nupon jury trial. Such appeal shall not serve to delay the\n\nprosecution of the work on the premises in question if the award of\n\nthe appraisers or jury has been deposited with the clerk for the use\n\nand benefit of the surface owner. In case of review or appeal, a\n\ncertified copy of the final order or judgment shall be transmitted\n\nby the clerk to the appropriate county clerk to be filed and\n\nrecorded.\n\nWhen an estate is being probated, or when a minor or incompetent\n\nperson has a legal guardian or conservator, the administrator or\n\nexecutor of the estate, or guardian of the minor or of the\n\nincompetent person or the conservator, shall have the authority to\n\nexecute all instruments of conveyance provided for in this act on\n\nbehalf of the estate, or minor or incompetent person with no other\n\nproceedings than approval by the judge of the court of jurisdiction\n\nbeing endorsed on the instrument of conveyance.","path":["OK Code","Title 52"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os52.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"5755e01899ab2049a40a42c526c21159b1e34fbcbcba030096ac9f25cb1edddd","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-318.5","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-318.7"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
