Stat. tit. 52, § 52-32","heading":"Violations - Receivership - procedure","body":"The Corporation Commission shall, upon being reasonably\n\nsatisfied that any corporation has violated the provisions of this\n\nact, recommend to the Attorney General that a receiver be appointed\n\nfor such corporation. Upon receipt of the recommendation by the\n\nAttorney General, he shall within ten (10) days file a petition on\n\nbehalf of the state in any court of competent jurisdiction, praying\n\nthat a receiver be appointed, and such court shall immediately\n\nconsider the application and appoint a receiver, if in the judgment\n\nof the court the provisions of this act have been willfully\n\nviolated. The receiver, when appointed, shall immediately take\n\ncharge of all the business, property and assets of such corporation\n\nin the state and shall retain possession thereof until it shall be\n\ndetermined upon the trial whether or not such corporation has\n\nviolated the provisions of this act, then, in addition to the other\n\npenalties herein provided, all the property of said corporation\n\nshall be retained under such receivership until the penalties\n\nincurred hereunder are paid, after which the receivership may be\n\ndischarged upon such terms and conditions as the court may impose as\n\nan assurance for the further compliance with this act.","path":["OK Code","Title 52"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os52.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"9d5c05938d9b2a8c355bf456e0c0934962546493fa5ab3da4d3a19d4439dcffe","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-318.9","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-320"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
