After the effective date of this act, it shall be unlawful\n\nto locate any habitable structure within:\n\n1. A radius of one hundred twenty-five (125) feet from the\n\nwellbore of an active well; or\n\n2. A radius of fifty (50) feet from the center of any surface\n\nequipment or other equipment necessary for the operation of an\n\nactive well, including, but not limited to, hydrocarbon and brine\n\nstorage vessels, tanks, compressors, heaters, separators,\n\ndehydrators, or any other related equipment.\n\nB.
