Stat. tit. 52, § 52-395","heading":"Mixing or blending","body":"It shall be unlawful for a person, firm or corporation to mix,\n\nblend or compound, the liquid fuels, lubricating oils, greases or\n\nsimilar products of any manufacturer or any distributor with the\n\nproducts of any other manufacturer or distributor or to adulterate\n\nthe same and expose the same for sale, offer for sale or sell the\n\nsame under the trademark, trade name, name or other distinguishing\n\nmark of either said manufacturer or distributor or as the\n\nunadulterated product of such manufacturers or distributors;\n\nprovided, however, that nothing herein shall be construed to prevent\n\nthe lawful owner thereof from applying his or its own trademark,\n\ntrade name or symbols, to any product or material.\n\nAdded by 1933, c. 165, p. 382, § 5, emerg. eff.
