Stat. tit. 52, § 52-396","heading":"Aiding violations of act","body":"It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to aid\n\nor assist any other person in the violation of the provisions of\n\nthis act by depositing or delivering into a tank, receptacle, or any\n\nother container, a liquid fuel, lubricating oils, greases or similar\n\nproducts, other than those intended to be stored therein and\n\ndistributed therefrom, as indicated by the name of the manufacturer\n\nor distributor or the trade name, trademark or distinguishing mark,\n\nof the product displayed on the container itself or on the pump or\n\nother distributing device used in connection therewith, or shall by\n\nany other means, aid or assist another in the violation of any of\n\nthe provisions of this act.\n\nAdded by 1933, c. 165, p. 382, § 6, emerg. eff.
