Stat. tit. 52, § 52-41","heading":"Gas from interstate pipelines - License from Corporation","body":"Commission.\n\nAll domestic gas pipeline corporations in this state, which are\n\nnow, or shall hereafter fully comply with the laws of this state,\n\nand all municipal corporations, owning or operating a gas plant, or\n\nwhich may hereafter own or operate a gas plant, may contract with\n\nand secure from foreign corporations, operating interstate gas\n\npipelines, the supply of gas for said domestic gas companies. And\n\nsaid interstate gas pipeline companies or foreign corporations may\n\nenter into said contract and deliver said gas, upon obtaining a\n\nlicense from the Corporation Commission, which is hereby authorized\n\nto grant a license to do and transact that particular business of\n\nsupplying domestic corporations with natural gas, and the taking out\n\nof said license and the conduct of said business with domestic\n\npipeline companies, shall not prejudice the said interstate pipeline\n\ncompanies, or foreign corporations in the transaction and conducting\n\nof their interstate business; provided, the Corporation Commission\n\nmay revoke said license when, in its discretion, the public interest\n\nmay be best subserved thereby.","path":["OK Code","Title 52"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os52.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"9287a27b5f22bc3632b579af43ccc10bbd1041b5f6e5ae2dfe984659bfddd2e7","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-4","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-420.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
