Stat. tit. 52, § 52-420.11","heading":"Disposition of funds and fees - Annual report -","body":"Liquefied Petroleum Gas Fund - Expenditures.\n\nA. All funds and fees, from whatsoever source derived,\n\ncollected by the Administrator under the provisions of Section 420.1\n\net seq. of this title, shall be deposited into the Liquefied\n\nPetroleum Gas Fund, created in this section. Effective July 1,\n\n2004, and for each fiscal year thereafter, the Administrator shall\n\ndeposit ten percent (10%) of the total amount collected from fees\n\nand funds by the Administrator to the credit of the General Revenue\n\nFund of the State Treasury. The Administrator and the Board are\n\nhereby vested and empowered with the authority to make any and all\n\nnecessary expenditures from the fund that in their judgment are\n\nreasonable and required to effectuate the purposes of this act. The\n\nAdministrator shall annually file with the Governor a report of all\n\nactivities of the fund, which shall include a statement of all\n\nreceipts and disbursements.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board to be designated\n\nthe Liquefied Petroleum Gas Fund. All monies accruing to the credit\n\nof the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended\n\nby the Oklahoma Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board as provided for in\n\nthis section. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon\n\nwarrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as\n\nprescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services for approval and payment.\n\nC.
