Stat. tit. 52, § 52-420.15","heading":"Safety schools for liquefied petroleum dealers","body":"The LP-Gas Board shall provide for the holding of safety schools\n\nfor the benefit of the liquefied petroleum gas dealers and employees\n\nin the State of Oklahoma, at such times and in such places as may be\n\ndeemed advisable. The Board may, by lawfully adopted rules, require\n\nattendance and successful completion of courses, by in-person or\n\nvirtual instruction, held as a condition precedent to retaining\n\npermits issued hereunder. Such courses shall be in the format as\n\nestablished by the Board in its sole discretion.
