There shall be an annual meeting of the Commission at which\n\nthe annual report and proposed budget will be presented. The\n\nCommission shall, at the call of the chairperson, hold at least\n\nthree other regular meetings each year. The chairperson shall\n\nestablish the time, a manner and place of all meetings and shall\n\nprovide notice of such meetings. A majority of the members of the\n\nCommission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of any\n\nbusiness. In addition, the Commission shall determine the\n\ncircumstances under which additional meetings of the Commission may\n\nbe held.\n\nB. The Commission may appoint a Director who shall carry out\n\nthe provisions of the Oklahoma Liquefied Petroleum Gas Research,\n\nMarketing and Safety Act.
