Stat. tit. 52, § 52-420.26","heading":"LP Gas Research, Marketing and Safety Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Liquefied Petroleum Gas Research, Marketing and\n\nSafety Commission to be designated the \"LP Gas Research, Marketing\n\nand Safety Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund,\n\nnot subject to fiscal year limitations and shall consist of all\n\nmonies received by the Commission from assessments received and\n\ncollected pursuant to Section 420.27 of this title, and donations,\n\ngrants, contributions and gifts from any public or private source\n\nand any monies appropriated by the Oklahoma State Legislature. The\n\nCommission may expend funds as provided for by law.
