Stat. tit. 52, § 52-420.29-2","heading":"Application for refund by purchaser","body":"Any purchaser who pays a fee to a loading rack operator or owner\n\nof LP gas at the time of import on a load of LP gas that is exempt\n\nunder the provisions of this act may apply to the loading rack\n\noperator or owner of the LP gas at the time of import for a refund\n\nof the amount paid. To apply for a refund, the purchaser must\n\ncomplete a refund request form provided by the Commission, and\n\nreturn it to the loading rack operator or owner of the LP gas at the\n\ntime of import who collected the fee. Any loading rack operator or\n\nowner of LP gas at the time of import required to refund a fee to a\n\npurchaser shall report the amount of the refund to the Commission.\n\nAll amounts refunded and reported according to the provisions of\n\nthis act may be deducted from the total amount of fees collected to\n\narrive at the total amount of fees to be remitted to the Commission.\n\nAll refund amounts reported must be supported by refund request\n\nforms kept on file by the loading rack operator and be available for\n\ninspection by the Commission for a period of four (4) years.","path":["OK Code","Title 52"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os52.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"cc5dc0d4c176bf89ccc2e644feed787b792491236c8f43b787055622b7bc9537","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-420.29-1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-420.29-3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
