Stat. tit. 52, § 52-420.3A","heading":"Liability of sellers, suppliers, handlers, or","body":"transporters of liquified petroleum gas.\n\nA. A person is not liable for damages and no legal action shall\n\nbe commenced or maintained against such person engaged in this state\n\nin the business of selling at retail, supplying, handling, or\n\ntransporting liquefied petroleum gas if the alleged injury, damage,\n\nor loss was caused by:\n\n1. The alteration, modification, or repair of liquefied\n\npetroleum gas equipment, containers, or a liquefied petroleum gas\n\nappliance if the alteration, modification, or repair was done\n\nwithout the knowledge and consent of the liquefied petroleum gas\n\nseller, supplier, handler, or transporter; and\n\n2. The liquefied petroleum gas equipment, containers, or a\n\nliquefied petroleum gas appliance being used in a manner or for a\n\npurpose other than that for which the equipment or appliance was\n\nintended.\n\nB.
