Stat. tit. 52, § 52-420.5","heading":"Fees on sale, purchase, rental and/or use of refillable","body":"cylinders and containers - Penalties.\n\nA. The Board is authorized to establish a fee, to be paid to\n\nthe Administrator, upon the sale, purchase, rental and/or use in\n\nthis state of liquefied petroleum gas refillable cylinders and all\n\nother liquefied petroleum gas containers.\n\nB. Each manufacturer of LP-Gas containers in Oklahoma, each\n\nvendor of containers manufactured outside of the state, and each\n\nperson, firm or corporation placing any LPG container or cylinder in\n\nuse in this state shall pay the applicable fee. For vendors of\n\ncontainers manufactured outside of this state, the fee or fees shall\n\napply and become due upon delivery to the vendors, or for their\n\naccount within the state of containers or cylinders purchased\n\noutside of the state. In no event shall the fees herein levied be\n\npaid or become payable on any container or cylinder sold, rented,\n\npurchased or placed in use in this state prior to the effective date\n\nof this act, or more than once on any container or cylinder, or upon\n\nany container or cylinder resold, rerented, repurchased or reused in\n\nthis state. The Administrator is authorized to refund or credit\n\nfees upon containers sold outside of the state upon which the fees\n\nhave previously been paid, or any fees which have erroneously been\n\npaid, upon written application supported by affidavit setting forth\n\nthe basis for such refund. The Administrator is authorized to adopt\n\na system of identification of containers on which the fees herein\n\nlevied have been paid.\n\nC. No person, firm or corporation shall use or install in this\n\nstate any container or cylinder upon which the applicable fee levied\n\nabove applies and has not been paid.
