Stat. tit. 52, § 52-420.8","heading":"Violations of law or rule","body":"Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions\n\nof Section 420.1 et seq. of this title, or any rule promulgated\n\nthereunder, or installing in this state any liquefied petroleum gas\n\nsystem or appliance which does not comply with such safety rules\n\nshall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof such\n\nperson or the responsible members of such firm, or the responsible\n\nofficers of such corporation, shall, in addition to any fine imposed\n\nby the Administrator pursuant to Section 420.6 of this title, be\n\npunished by a fine of not less than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)\n\nor imprisonment in the county jail for not more than thirty (30)\n\ndays, or by both such fine and imprisonment.","path":["OK Code","Title 52"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os52.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"91ba7ce9c3bfe830b95f5193ce6c103a46389c57be933c69408134b00347af38","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-420.7","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-420.9"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
