All liquefied petroleum gases designated as commercial\n\npropane, commercial butane or mixtures thereof, sold for consumption\n\nin this state, shall, when subjected to the test methods of the GPA\n\nMidstream Association, meet applicable specifications adopted as\n\ntentative standards by the Association for the particular product\n\nsold.\n\nB. All vehicles used in hauling or transporting liquefied\n\npetroleum gases upon the highways of this state shall be identified\n\nin such manner as the Administrator may, by rule, prescribe.\n\nC. The Department of Public Safety of the State of Oklahoma\n\nshall cooperate with the Administrator in the enforcement of the\n\nprovisions of this section, and the rules promulgated thereunder.\n\nD. Transport trucks transporting liquefied petroleum gases\n\nintrastate which are owned or operated by a person subject to and\n\nlicensed by the Oklahoma Liquefied Petroleum Gas Regulation Act\n\nshall not be required to obtain or possess an intrastate motor\n\ncarrier or private carrier license issued by the Oklahoma\n\nCorporation Commission.\n\nE. Containers shall be filled or used only upon authorization\n\nof the fee simple owner. The name of the fee simple owner, if other\n\nthan the consumer, shall be conspicuously shown on the container.\n\nF. At least one attendant shall remain close to the transfer\n\nconnection from the time the connections are first made until they\n\nare finally disconnected, during the transfer of the product.\n\nDuring the actual transfer of liquids into containers at domestic\n\ntype dwellings and installations, the attendant shall not enter into\n\nany type of enclosure including but not limited to truck cabs,\n\ndwellings and barns and shall maintain visual contact with the\n\nliquid level gauge at all times.","path":["OK Code","Title 52"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os52.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"6fb8f802dc313f0b561bf300595d3954e8d16fb05c8ae2528c5b1ac2a177e1d0","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-420.8","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-421.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
