The Governor of Oklahoma is hereby authorized, for and on\n\nbehalf of the state, to join with the governor of any other state in\n\ndeclaring a liquefied petroleum gas emergency. When the declaration\n\nis issued, trucks and operators carrying liquefied petroleum gas and\n\nmeeting all certification, permit, and licensing requirements of the\n\nfederal government and their home state shall be permitted to\n\ntransport liquefied petroleum gas in and through Oklahoma without\n\nobtaining any license, permit, or certification required by this\n\nstate.\n\nB.
