Stat. tit. 52, § 52-475","heading":"Penalty for violations - Civil actions","body":"Any person, association of persons, or corporation who, as\n\npurchaser thereof, shall knowingly fail or refuse to so measure,\n\ncalculate or account for any such gas so purchased, shall be subject\n\nto a penalty of not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) nor more than\n\nFive Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense recoverable in the\n\nname of the state in any district court in Oklahoma County, wherein\n\nservice may be had by the Corporation Commission, and each day of\n\nsuch violation shall constitute a separate offense.
