Stat. tit. 52, § 52-5.2","heading":"Deposit of monies collected in Corporation Commission","body":"Revolving Fund.\n\nAll monies collected by the Corporation Commission under the\n\nprovisions of Section 1 et seq. of this title shall be deposited\n\nwith the State Treasurer to the credit of the Corporation Commission\n\nRevolving Fund and shall be used to pay the compensation of the\n\npersonnel, expenses, supplies and equipment authorized by Section 5\n\nof this title.
