Stat. tit. 52, § 52-529","heading":"Liability of operators - Jurisdiction - Venue","body":"Any owner or operator of a well who fails to comply with any\n\nduty imposed by this act shall be liable to the person or persons\n\naggrieved for all damages suffered as a result thereof, including\n\nany diminution in yield from said land which may arise from\n\ninability to irrigate the same because of or arising out of the\n\nfailure to perform such duty.
