In case of a dispute\n\nbetween an operator and another interest owner, a good-faith tender\n\nof funds by anyone operates as a tender of the funds to both in any\n\nof the following circumstances:\n\n1. To the person who the operator and other interest owner\n\njointly direct the first purchaser in writing to pay;\n\n2. To a person who otherwise shows himself or herself to be the\n\none entitled to the funds; or\n\n3.
