The provisions of this act and the rights granted under this\n\nact are intended to be cumulative with all other rights an interest\n\nowner may otherwise have at law or in equity. To the extent that\n\nthere is a conflict between the provisions of this act and any other\n\nrights an interest owner has at law or in equity, then the rights of\n\nthe interest owner are to be liberally construed to the end that\n\nthose rights which afford the interest owner the most comprehensive\n\nprotection to secure the receipt by the interest owner of the sales\n\nprice shall be given preference.\n\nB.
