Stat. tit. 52, § 52-553","heading":"Mineral Owner's Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury the \"Mineral\n\nOwner's Fund\" the principal of which shall constitute a trust fund\n\nfor persons claiming any interest in monies delivered to this state\n\nunder this act. The fund shall be invested and shall not be\n\nexpended except as provided in this act.
