Stat. tit. 52, § 52-556","heading":"Custody of Mineral Owner's Fund - Transfer of monies to","body":"Unclaimed Property Fund.\n\nThe State Treasurer shall retain custody of the Mineral Owner's\n\nFund and annually on a date established by the Treasurer shall\n\ntransfer to the Unclaimed Property Fund those monies which have been\n\nin escrow accounts and the Mineral Owner's Fund five (5) years or\n\nmore after the date of pooling.
