The following information for each property and month of\n\nsale shall be included with each payment made to an interest owner\n\nfrom the sale of oil or gas:\n\n1. Lease or well identification;\n\n2. Month and year of sales included in the payment;\n\n3. Total barrels or MCF attributed to such payment;\n\n4. Price per barrel or MCF, including British Thermal Unit\n\nadjustment of gas sold;\n\n5. Total amount attributed to such payment of severance and\n\nother production taxes, with the exception of windfall profit tax;\n\n6. Net value of total sales attributed to such payment after\n\ntaxes are deducted;\n\n7. Owner's interest, expressed as a decimal, in production from\n\nthe property;\n\n8. Owner's share of the total value of sales attributed to such\n\npayment prior to any deductions;\n\n9. Owner's share of the sales value attributed to such payment\n\nless owner's share of the production and severance taxes; and\n\n10. A specific listing of the amount and purpose of any other\n\ndeductions from the proceeds attributed to such payment due to the\n\nowner upon request by the owner.\n\nB. For purposes of the Production Revenue Standards Act:\n\n1. All revenue decimals shall be calculated to not less than\n\nthe nearest sixth decimal place, which is the nearest part in one\n\nmillion; and\n\n2. Gas volumes reported to any owner shall be measured as\n\nrequired by Section 474 of this title.\n\nC.
