Stat. tit. 52, § 52-58","heading":"Acceptance of laws and plats to be filed","body":"Before any corporation, joint stock company, partnership or\n\nperson, shall have, possess, enjoy or exercise the right of eminent\n\ndomain, right-of-way, right to locate, maintain or operate\n\npipelines, fixtures or equipment thereunto belonging, or used in\n\nconnection therewith, as authorized by the provisions of this\n\narticle, or shall have, possess, enjoy or exercise any right (the\n\nword \"right\" in this connection being used in its most comprehensive\n\nlegal sense) conferred by this article, every such corporation,\n\njoint stock company, partnership or other person shall file in the\n\noffice of the Corporation Commission a proper and explicit\n\nauthorized acceptance of the provisions of this article, and the\n\nConstitution of this state, and, in cases of pipe lines, a plat\n\nshowing in detail the points within this state between which, and\n\nthe route along which, the trunk lines are proposed to be\n\nconstructed, the intended size and capacity thereof, and the\n\nlocation and capacity of all pumping stations, gate valves, check\n\nvalves and connections and appliances of all kinds used, or to be\n\nused, on said trunk lines; and upon demand of the Corporation\n\nCommission, the proper parties, as required by said Commission,\n\nshall promptly file a plat showing in detail all the lines owned and\n\noperated by them respectively, with full and explicit information as\n\nto their capacity, size and location, and the capacity of their\n\npumping stations, gate valves, check valves and connections, of all\n\nkinds, required or used in the operation thereof.","path":["OK Code","Title 52"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os52.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"a9f3952211b96644a8a62ed1602e92179d0e4b1954fc60fd01d5a80dda88138a","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-570.9","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-581.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
