Upon filing an application with the Commission for approval\n\nof a transfer under Section 6 of this act, the transferee shall pay\n\nto the Commission:\n\n1. A nonrefundable fee of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00);\n\nand\n\n2. After the hearing, the additional costs actually incurred in\n\nexcess of the fee.\n\nB.
