Stat. tit. 52, § 52-609","heading":"Powers and authority of Commission","body":"In all matters pertaining to the making, issuing and enforcing\n\nof its orders, rules and regulations made under the provisions of\n\nthis act, the Commission shall have and exercise, without\n\nlimitation, all of the following additional powers and authority:\n\n1. To enforce the provisions of this act, and compliance with\n\nany of its orders, rules, regulations or adjudications, by\n\nappropriate process and by orders otherwise necessary or proper, to\n\ncarry into effect its orders, rules and regulations which may,\n\nwithout limitation, include the issuance of orders of restraint\n\nagainst any person participating in or about to participate in any\n\nviolation of this act or any related orders, rules or regulations of\n\nthe Commission; and\n\n2.
